I was shopping in the Massena store today and have to say that this store was very dirty. The shelfs were not well stocked the cosmetics were open and all over. The cart was junk as is most of them. Then at the check out I pushed the cart over to the side because I was sick of fighting with it! The young man who was cashing me out says sir that cart goes out there and points to the door. I'm 60 years old and felt that this person was being very disrespectful. The Massena store has really gone down hill I would rather spend a little more and be treated with respect.
